The US Court considers Trump's customs illegal. The president answers

In the justification of the decision, the Court stated that “American law grants the president significant rights to take a number of actions in response to the announced state, but none of these actions directly include the right to impose tariffs, duties and similar, nor the right to impose taxes.” According to Reuters, the Court of Appeal allowed the duties to be maintained until October 14. Donald Trump's law to introduce changes in US trade policy will probably be finally resolved by the American Supreme Court.
Trump comments on the court's decision
Donald Trump commented on the court's decision in social media. “All customs still apply” – he wrote on the Truth Social portal.
“Today, a highly biased Court of Appeal mistakenly stated that our duties should be abolished, but they know that the United States of America will eventually win. If these duties ever disappear, it will be a total disaster for the country. It would weaken us financially, and we must be strong. The United States will no longer tolerate huge trade deficits as well as dishonest duties and non -lone trade barriers imposed by other countries, both friendly and hostile, which weaken our producers, farmers and all others. If this decision is maintained, it will literally destroy the United States, “said Trump.
