The man is accused of killing his step-age, no three-year-old, by battle, on August 23, in his home in Otopeni.

23 August: The child was found breathless. The mother initially stated that the boy would have accused belly pain the day before.
August 25: The results of the autopsy confirmed that the little boy had been brutally beaten, with old wounds on the body.
August 28: The child's mother acknowledged that his partner is the perpetrator.
August 29: The police intervened, but the suspect was barricaded with the other child, threatening with suicide. The operation ended late at night.
Investigators have established that the man has been establishing aggressive behavior towards the woman and a child for a long time. The mother's relatives confirm that the violence was almost daily, and the young woman was threatened not to advertise abuses.
