The minister also provided data on the use of European funds. As she informed, 46 percent of available funds have already been contracted, signing 17,000 contracts for a total amount of PLN 125 billion. In the area of social housing initiatives (SIM), 472 apartments were commissioned, 5517 is currently under construction, and 15,323 investments already have permits for implementation.
The head of the MFIPR also announced further actions planned for the coming months. Among the priorities, she mentioned, among others “Subsequent laws protecting the rights of residents and buyers of apartments – including the Anti -Patodeloperian Act and on transaction prices”, as well as to provide “more money for social construction and more social apartments”.
The National Plan of Reconstruction and Increase Re immorement (KPO), which is to strengthen the competitiveness of the Polish economy, includes 57 investments and 54 reforms. In total, it provides for Poland with funds of EUR 59.8 billion – of which EUR 25.27 billion is subsidies, and EUR 34.54 billion is preferential loans. Until now, Poland has received PLN 67 billion from KPO.
