He added that the Palestinian Authorities will not be taken seriously until they “reject terrorism, partisan legal campaigns before the International Criminal Court (MTK) and the International Court of Justice (MTS) and aspirations for unilateral recognition of Palestinian statehood.”
It has been added that restrictions will not affect the officials of the Palestinian mission at the UN.

This approach is supported, among others by the UN, the EU, Arab states or Palestinian autonomy.
