The Center for Testing of the Minusinsky District invites everyone to take part in the municipal stage of the Festival of the GTO.
The event will take place on September 27 in the village of Malaya Minus in the Center for Physical Culture and Sports “Yenisei”. Teams of residents of the Minusinsky district of the VIII-XVIII age steps are invited to participate in the festival: 20-29 years old, 30-39 years old, 40-49 years old, 50-59 years old, 60-69 years old and older than 70 years. In each age group there can be no more than two participants in different sexes, the team of 8 people (4 men, 4 women).
Types of tests:
1. Women and men 8-15 steps:
- Running 1000 meters
2. Men and women 16-18 steps:
- Mixed movement of 1000 meters
3. Men 8-15 step:
- Pulling up on a high crossbar (number of times in 3 minutes)
4. Women 8-15 step:
- Bending-extensions of the hands in the end of lying on the floor (number of times in 3 minutes)
5. Men and women 60-69 years old:
- Flexion and extension of the hands in the end of lying on a gymnastic bench (number of times in 3 min)
6. Men and women 70 and older:
- Flexion and extension of the hands in the end of lying on the seat seat (number of times in 3 minutes)
7. Men and women:
- Tilt forward from a standing position on a gymnastic cabinet
8. Men and women:
- Raising the torso from the position of lying on the back (number of times in 1 min)
Separately, the winner of the TRP relay is detected. As a result of the festival, a team of Minusinsky district will be formed to participate in the second stage in the city of Krasnoyarsk. Applications are accepted until September 15, 2025, registration is available on the website www.gto.ru.
