In Krasnoyarsk, the VII festival of the theater of the young spectator “Language of the World” started

In Krasnoyarsk, from August 29 to September 14, the VII festival of the Young Spectator Theater “Language of the World” will be held.

6 eminent Russian theaters with performances for a teenage, family and youth audience will be presented on three sites of the city: in the Krasnoyarsk Youth Theater, the Opera and Ballet Theater named after D. A. Hvorostovsky, Drama Theater. A.S. Pushkin.

The festival is opened by the legendary performance “Sailor Silence” of the Moscow Theater Oleg Tabakov on August 29 and 30. For more than twenty years, this play was not available for censorship reasons, and in 1990 appeared in the repertoire of the Tabakov Theater Studio and for ten years in a row remained its main performance. In 2019, the play returned to the stage again, and again, in the image of the old Schwartz, Vladimir Mashkov came out onto the stage.

“To go out after such a break on stage is not easy. There are no takes, and I can’t fix anything, I have to live, ”says Mashkov.

September 3, 4 at the theater. A.S. Pushkin will be held the play “I am Sergey Samoits” S.V. Puppet Theater Obraztsova with Evgeny Tsyganov in the title role. On September 5, 6 and 7, the performance “Kalechina-Malychina” of the Nyagansky Youth Theater will be held on the stage of the Krasnoyarsk Youth Theater.
