According to scientists, refueling the bed immediately after sleep is dangerous for the following reasons.
Firstly, during sleep, a person sweats intensively. And if immediately after waking up, tighten the wet bed, favorable conditions are created for the propagation of dust mites. These microscopic organisms love warmth and damp. Therefore, hasty cleaning of the bed will only help them exist.
Secondly, if you do not let the air get into the fabric, by the evening the sheets will remain raw. It is not only unpleasant to go to such a bed, but also unsafe for the skin and respiratory tract.
Thirdly, with insufficient ventilation of the room, the fabric of bed linen loses freshness and can begin to exude a musty smell. Especially in the summer.
