We made my own STB terminal, which connects the Victoriei Square subway neighborhood through line 203, and now we work on the second access road, a major investment that will fluidize the traffic and unlock the area. In addition, we have installed charging stations for electric cars. All these investments reduce the pressure on urban infrastructure and give residents safety and predictability.

We have developed the social and commercial infrastructure, which brings value not only to housing, but also to the community. We created Wellness Club by Greenfield, a premium sports center over 5,000 square meters, for a healthy lifestyle. I opened Greenfield Plaza, a commercial and services hub where you find known brands, but also local businesses. We contributed to the creation of a public school and a public kindergarten through a public-private partnership-a rare model in Romania and integrated in the neighborhood the private campus Avenor College, with an international educational vision.

In a volatile market, with pressures related to the construction costs, we managed to deliver over 700 apartments in the last year, maintaining competitive prices and continuing to invest in infrastructure. This model, through which long -term investments support residential deliveries, inspire confidence to investors and buyers.
