It is better to cook porridge in a stainless steel pan. It is better to cook sweet wheat porridge on milk or a mixture of milk and water.
Products
- 180 g of wheat cereal;
- 500 ml of water;
- 0.5 tsp. salts;
- 50 g of butter.
Cooking
- Pour the cereal into the sieve and rinse thoroughly under running water. Pour the cereal into the pan, pour in cold clean water.
- Bring the water to a boil, add salt and cook porridge over low heat for 20 minutes under a closed lid, mixing periodically.
