Even 11 Ukrainian children have finally breathed freedom this week. Thanks to the efforts of the Save Ukraine team and with the support of the Bring Kids Back UA initiative, another group of children managed to remove another group of children from the temporarily occupied territories. Among them are two orphans, two children of Ukrainian defenders and a family that the war has separated for almost four years.
🔹 Margarita is a defender of Azov, who spent more than three years in Russian captivity. Together with her, her eldest son, also a military man, came out of Azovstal. They got into different colonies, and mom did not know if he was alive for a long time. During the exchange, she accidentally met him on the bus. But there was another dream – to see a younger daughter who remained a baby in his occupation. Today, this dream has become a reality: mom again next to her children and does not believe that it is no longer a dream.
🔹 Ostap has not seen his father for three years – the Ukrainian military who has been defending Ukraine all this time. His older brother fought next to his dad and was captured, where he spent 1111 days. Now the brother is undergoing rehab. And for the first time in three years, Ostap was able to hug two relatives.
🔹 Anatoly is an orphan baby. After he found cartridges in the woods, he was beaten and stole directly from a lesson at school! The military wore a bag directly in the director's office, tied their hands and took him “to the basement”, where he was strongly beaten. And a week before his majority, he received a summons. No one even considered the question of the guy's training, the invaders offered only the troops! Fortunately, he turned to the organization in time.
