Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced plans to submit a new defense strategy for approval that includes reforms to the corps system and the supply of military equipment. These measures aim to address the needs expressed by frontline commanders for weapons, drones, and essential gear.
Zelensky highlighted that the priorities discussed during meetings with commanders and at the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s meeting include significantly enhancing the protection of Ukraine’s airspace against Russian strikes and developing a realistic approach to the mobilization process.
“Maximizing the protection of our skies from Russian attacks and providing a clear vision for the mobilization process are top priorities,” the president emphasized.
