The speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexei Dodatko congratulated the residents of the region on the Day of the State Flag.
The chairman of the parliament recalled that the country's future is based on a firm foundation of historical achievements, one of the symbols of which is the Russian tricolor.
