In Krasnoyarsk, traffic police inspectors stopped a dangerous trip of three 15-year-old boys at Lada Priora.
Everything happened on the night of August 19 in the Leninsky district. The police noticed a passenger car at high speed and gave the driver a sign about the stop, but he ignored them and began to hide, gaining speed.
“During the persecution, Likhach grossly violated the rules of the road, endangering other people's lives. It was decided to use a hundredth weapons – the police officer made a warning shot into the air and seven aiming on the wheels of a car. In the area of the Vostochny bus station, she stopped, but then rolled forward and finally stopped moving, only resting on the fence. As it turned out, the driver, frightened by responsibility and wanting to mislead the traffic police officers, after the stop jumped into the back seat, but forgot to put the “Lada” on the manual brake, ”said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The police found that the Priora was driving a 15-year-old man who had not had a driver’s license, and in the cabin-two of his peers. Their parents were called to the scene and brought to administrative responsibility under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for non -fulfillment of duties on the maintenance and education of minors.
In relation to the young driver, which is on preventive accounting, they made a report on the presence of signs of a crime under Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Unlawful seizure of a car without the purpose of theft (hijacking)”, the issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided. The car, which, presumably belongs to the father of the guy, was seized and placed on a special parking lot.
