For this reason, ZUS demanded a return of 60,000 PLN benefit. “This is the most absurd win in my professional work,” commented Dr. Grzegorz Ilnicki, a lawyer from Gdańsk, who was doing the case.

Not in such a way that someone did a job on slow (ZUS did not even claim), not because someone went on vacation to Egypt, or because he was cultivating extremes during illness.
