Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station produced 190 billion kilowat-hours of electricity

Almost simultaneously with the production of the 190-billion kilowatt on the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station, the planned overhaul of hydraulic unit No. 5, which was started in June, ended in June in accordance with the approved program, the unit was repaired by the hydrogenerator bearings, the repair and maintenance of the auxiliary equipment of the turbine and the inspection of its stator after the installed number of hours. An important part of the repair was the inspection and adjustment of the position of the elements of the rotor and the stator of the hydrogenerator – the so -called “hot” channel and retraining.

Specialists conducted a flaw detector of fasteners, overhaul of the oil -packed installation and current pipelines. Repair of the brush-pin apparatus, auxiliary systems of the hydrogenerator and hydraulic unit. At the T5 block transformer, measurements of the insulation parameters of high -voltage inputs and windings were measured, and the automatic installation of fire extinguishing after maintenance was checked for performance. The forty -holding lattices that protect the turbine from floating debris were removed for inspection and cleaning of the underwater part. Overhaul ended with idle tests and acceptance tests with inclusion in the network for 48 hours.
The schedule of capital and current repairs at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station is compiled in such a way as to minimize the time of downtime of units. The temporary withdrawal of hydraulic units and other equipment does not affect the development and stability of consumer energy supply, the implementation of tasks to maintain the navigation level. Until the end of 2025, current repairs on units with station numbers 1, 6 and 7 will take place at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station.
