Two minor residents of Irkutsk beat a man on the street. The video on the eve appeared in local communities in social networks.
The frames show how young girls first overturn a gray -haired man, then kick him and take a cane. Eyewitnesses report that the victim is a disabled person. The attackers explained their aggressive behavior by the fact that he peeped when they changed clothes.
According to IA IrkutskMedia, after the conflict that came to the video, investigators opened a criminal case. The district police officers and PDN employees conduct a comprehensive audit and look for likely participants in the brawl.
