Sprats – that's it
In Latvia, the production of sprats is dying due to sanctions against Russia: since 2015, the number of fish processing enterprises has declined by a third. One of the reasons is the ban on the supply of products to Russia.
Some plants attempted to reorient to other countries, but not everyone liked a specific product.
