In Krasnoyarsk, a disabled person of the second group for eight years could not get an apartment according to the socialist. She managed to achieve justice through the prosecutor's office.

According to the press service of the department, in 2018, Krasnoyarsk was officially recognized as needing housing. Due to a serious illness, she was supposed to be out of line-this right was confirmed in the district administration in October 2024.
Despite the status, the woman continued to wait for her turn, while her health required special housing conditions. The prosecutor filed a lawsuit in court, who ordered the authorities to provide the woman with an apartment.
Now Krasnoyar is already choosing a suitable option for herself.
