The Krasnoyarsk River Port became a new participant in the federal project “Labor Productivity” of the National Project “Effective and Competitive Economics”.
Experts of the regional center of competencies in the field of labor productivity (RCC, the structural unit of the regional center “My Business”) will help the company's staff optimize production.
“Having joined the federal project, we will be able to take advantage of the expert support of the RCC specialists who will look at our process from the outside. New mechanisms will help the company become even more effective, ”said Olga Ksanf, General Director of Nornixel-REP LLC.
In the first six months of the enterprise, the enterprise will teach to identify problem areas, to improve the efficiency of equipment. Then the labor collective will continue to independently develop the culture of lean production. The optimization process will take three years.
The head of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Agency Roman Martynov recalled that more than 130 enterprises have already taken part in the national project “Labor Production”. Since 2025, the initiative has been continued as part of the new national project “Effective Competitive Economy”. “An increase in the volume of products, improve the quality of services and working conditions of employees – all this is achieved within the framework of the national project without additional investments,” the head of the department emphasized.
