On the same day, about the relations between the government and prime minister Donald Tusk and the office of the President of the Republic of Poland and President Karol Nawrocki in the context of the last series of conversations of European countries and the USA was asked, government spokesman Adam Szłapka was asked.

A government spokesman said that “All constitutional principles and good cooperation have been preserved”. He stated that during a series of international conversations with the participation of Polish leaders last week, “managed to avoid scuffles”. He assured that the government provided information on the presidential side on an ongoing basis and reminded that Tusk and Nawrocki also had a meeting.
Szłapka pointed out that “Poland cannot have two foreign policies.”
Poland must have one foreign policy and this one foreign policy is always prepared by the government – he said.
Last week on Wednesday in Ukraine, three talks were held: in a narrow format of European leaders together with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zielnski and in the format of the so -called Prime Minister Donald Tusk took part in the coalitions. President Karol Nawrocki represented Poland in the teleconference of European leaders and US President Donald Trump. The talks took place two days before the meeting of the US President with the Russian leader Vladimir Putin, which took place on Friday in Alaska.
On Monday, the US President met in a White House with the President of Ukraine. Then they both talked with European leaders who came to Washington. After talks with Europeans, Trump called Vladimir Putin and began arranging the meeting of Zelanski-Putin, followed by another, three-sided meeting with his participation. The US president also expressed readiness to help Europeans in guaranteeing peace.
On Tuesday, in connection with the talks of the US President with Putin, and then with the President of Ukraine and European leaders, an online meeting of the “Coalition of Volunteers” took place, followed by a European Council meeting, in which Prime Minister Tusk took part. (PAP)
