  • 4 tbsp. l. semolina;
  • 400 g of apples;
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar;
  • 8 tbsp. l. Muniki.

Cooking

  1. Be sure to squeeze excess moisture from the cottage cheese with the help of gauze. Thanks to this, cheesecakes will not lose shape.
  2. Add eggs, sugar, semolina. Beat everything with a blender.
  3. Grate the apples on a coarse grater. Remove excess moisture from apples.
  4. Add apples to the curd mass and mix.
  5. Add flour and vanilla sugar. Mix until a homogeneous mass.
  6. Form cheesecakes and fry in a pan on both sides until cooked.
