In Krasnoyarsk, the debtor asked her husband to return her a car on which the bailiffs were arrested. This was told in the GUFSP of Russia in the region.
In the field of view of the bailiffs, the 36-year-old Krasnoyarka hit after the debt has accumulated about 300 thousand rubles in front of the bank and a woman who rented her an apartment for some time. She did not answer the calls of specialists, she changed her place of residence and did not appear at the address of registration. The bailiff managed to establish the whereabouts of the debtor, thanks to her previously deceived by 200 thousand rubles to the lessor.
In one of the courtyards of the Oktyabrsky district, the bailiff found Mazdu, which belongs to Krasnoyarsk. The car was promoted to arrest and transferred to the responsible storage to the claimant. However, soon she informed the bailiffs that the husband of the debtor stole a sealed car from a guarded parking lot.
“Together with the police, the bailiffs warned the debtor about the consequences of the actions performed for her and her spouse. Realizing that this is a criminal act, the debtor organized the return of the car to the parking lot, ”the GUFSSP said in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The bailiff service warns that the theft of an arrested car is a serious encroachment on the state system of justice and the execution of laws, which entails severe criminal prosecution.
