From the former head of the Krasnoyarsk production of packages and packages LLC “Krapak” 23 million rubles of unpaid taxes were collected. This was told in the regional prosecutor's office.
In 2019, the company's management decided to bypass the tax system. For this, the director prepared a report with fictitious documents, thanks to which it was possible to “save” 23 million rubles.
After a while, the violation was opened, but the criminal case was terminated due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. Along with this, the company, according to the department, turned into an empty shell without assets.
However, the prosecutors filed a lawsuit with a lawsuit to recover money from ex-director. The court supported the position and decided to pay the amount from personal funds.
