The Krasnoyarsk enterprise Oversan LLC will increase labor productivity without additional costs. Within the framework of the regional program, companies will help introduce leaning technologies.
In the near future, Oversan employees will undergo training and begin to diagnose the construction and installation process, search for losses and implementation of lean production methods. Also, within the framework of the project, it is planned to increase the development of employees and the speed of service, reduce the time of the process, and create effective jobs.
The company will receive expert support under the regional program for free. The effect of increasing labor productivity at the enterprise is planned to be achieved in one year.

Within the framework of the regional project “Labor Productivity”, enterprises of basic non -people industries can receive freely of qualified assistance of experts for free. Since 2019, 138 enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have already used this measure of support since 2019.
In the framework of the federal project “Labor Production”, which is part of the national project “Effective and Competitive Economics”, can improve business processes of enterprises.
