The keys to the new car were received by Natalya Sonina. In the “Minusinsky tomato” her family has been taking part for 15 years. There were many victories in different competitions. Now the most cherished was added to the piggy bank. On her site, she raised a tomato weighing 2.82 kg and set a new record. Not worldwide, but there is something to strive for. The tomato last year was easier than the record holder 85 grams. The giant variety is called “Bifstex Albi.” Despite the fact that nature awarded this type of tomatoes with remarkable size, care is careful for it.

Natalya says that the eldest son Boris helped to look after the growth of the future champion every day. “Our record holder is the merit of a son. He is our main brain center, which experiments, selects seeds. Today, 100 varieties of tomatoes grow on the site, but there is only one real giant among them. We are very happy about our victory. “

In total, 44 gardeners took part in the competition this year. The fact that the Minusinsk land is famous for the craftsmen and bakery, in SGK is known firsthand. One of the thermal power plants of the company is working here – Minusinskaya TPP. The heat source warms about 40 thousand people and is actively involved in the life of the city, annually acting as a general partner of the most favorite holiday.
