ANRE, ASF and ANCOM wages will fall by 30%. The bosses must present the new grids at the end of September / ANRE President takes over 75,000 lei per month

The heads of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE), the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), the National Authority for Administration and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) must submit new organizational charts until September 30, according to a draft law subject to public debate.

The highest salaries are received by ANRE employees. At this moment, George Niculescu, ANRE president, also has the most generous remuneration, reaching 75,073 net / monthly lei, according to spotmedia.ro data.

The heads of the three institutions will present in the Government meeting a new organizational chart that will provide for a 10% decrease of specialized positions and a 30% reduction of the positions in the support services as they were contained in the organizational charts and states valid on January 1, 2025.

And bosses will have low salaries by 30%

Also, we will be presented in the government meeting and new payroll grids. These will provide for a 30% decrease in all salaries and/or allowances of the personnel included in the states of functions on July 1, 2025.

For the members of the ANRE regulatory committee, for the members of the ASF Council, the president and the ANCOM vice -presidents, the level of remuneration, as the case may be, will be reduced by 30% compared to the level registered in July 2025.

The new organizational charts, states of functions and levels set will be in force until January 1, 2026.

What salaries do ANRE, ASF and ANCOM employees receive

The average net salary at ANRE is 18,635 lei, at ASF reaches 13,562 lei, and at ANCOM at 12,934 lei, writes spotmedia.ro.

Liberal George Niculescu, ANRE president, receives a monthly allowance of 75,073 net lei (14,836 euros). The members of the ANRE regulatory committee are paid with 57,408 net/month.

At ANRE there are 310 employees, at ASF 551 employees, and at ANCOM 659 employees.
