The man from Iasi who on Saturday afternoon escaped a laugh on the streets of Fălticeni municipality was sanctioned with written warning, for the non-supervision of animals with potentially dangerous. The wild animal was left in custody until Monday, when he will have to prove that he holds him legally.
The suceveni gendarmes sanctioned the man who escaped a laugh on the streets of Fălticeni, being applied for the non-supervision of animals that can present danger to humans or goods, on Sunday, for News.ro, representatives of the Gendarme Inspectorate Suceava on Saturday.
At the scene, representatives of the Environmental Guard, another institution that has duties in such situations, also intervened.
The man was left in custody of the laughter until Monday, when he would have to present to the authorities the documents according to which he legally holds the wild animal. Iasi claimed that he bought the laughter in Poland, that he has documents for him, including chip but not GPS, but that the documents did not have them, in Fălticeni, but at home, in Iasi.
The authorities in Suceava were alerted on Saturday about the fact that a laugh was lost on the streets of Fălticeni, after the animal escaped leash. The call was given by a man, from Iasi, visiting relatives, Fălticeni, laughing as a pet. Felina was found on Saturday night on a street street.
