The first face -to -face meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in recent years has been marked by an ostentatious demonstration of military force. The Alaska meeting, carefully choreographed, included the Survot of a B-2 bombardier and a simply crowded red carpet with F-22 fighter jets, the AXIOS publication reports.
To receive Vladimir Putin, the President of the United States spread the red carpet, surrounded by the military in gala uniforms, but also by F-22 fighter jets, and at the time of the Kremlin leader the area was overdue by a stealth B-2 bombard (the guy who attacked IRA) flanked by four F-35 planes.
Both heads of state stopped for a few seconds to look at the planes above them before climbing on the installed stage for this summit at Elmendorf-Richardson air base, Alaska.

The F-22 Raptor aircraft manufactured by Lockheed Martin and B-2 Spirit made by Northrop Grumman are among the most precious-and expensive-weapons of America, the Axios writes.
In June, the US used seven B-2 aircraft to hit Iran, a country that supports the Russian war in Ukraine. And the dialogue between the leaders of the two nuclear powers takes place after more than three years of fighting in Eastern Europe, Axios notes.
Red carpet, fighter jets and an almost demonstrative kindness: Friday, Donald Trump offered Vladimir Putin a very choreographed return on the international scene, points to France Presse.
