In Krasnoyarsk, from August 25, an acceptance of applications for training at the Quantorium will start, according to the regional Ministry of Education.
Programs are designed for adolescents and primary school students who want to learn actual engineering and technical skills. This year new directions are available.
Children's technopark “Quantorium”

Quantorians regularly become winners of regional and federal competitions, enter the leading universities of the country. More than 135 children's technology parks operate in Russia, and they regularly exchange experience and conduct joint events.
The minobrobe noted that the activities of the “Quantorium” correspond to the tasks of the national project “Youth and Children”. Schoolchildren study for free. Children 12-17 years old can engage in robotics and programming, studying virtual and augmented reality technology, additive technologies and graphic editors, collect drones and manage them, familiarize themselves with applied cosmonautics, renewed energy sources and material science on micro- and nano-levels. For children of 8-11 years old there is entertaining robotics, aircraft modeling, rocket modeling, English and mathematics.
The schedule provides for classes in both the first and afternoon, which is convenient for any shift at school. The technical English language and chess are optionally taught. During training at the technopark, they develop work skills in a team, project activities, and public speaking.
“This year, in response to the interest and activity of primary school schoolchildren, we increased the number of aircraft modeling groups. We plan to launch rocket modeling groups, these are the first steps to study applied cosmonautics. They made an additional English language group to help primary school students with the development of the basics of this subject, ”said Sergey Kenig, General Director of the Quantorium Children's Techno Park.
In the new academic year, the “Trade Laboratory” will work on the basis of the children's technopark. This course will help adolescents decide on the choice of a future profession and outline a personal development path.
The Ministry of Education reminded that you can apply for training at the Quantorium through the portal “Navigator of Additional Education”. The recording buttons will become active from August 25. In the areas of the ITprofil (programming, industrial design, virtual and supplemented reality), entrance tests in the form of testing and a brief interview are provided. You can find out more about this in the description of the programs on the portal. In the second and third year of training, applications will be confirmed by those who completed the previous course. The campaign for the set will last until the first decade of September. Classes will begin on September 8.
