In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Central District Court sent the head of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor of the region. Information about this was published by the press service of the court.
According to preliminary data, Valentina Filimokhin is suspected of fraud, committed by an organized group or on a particularly large scale (h. 4 tbsp. 159 of the Criminal Code).
He was chosen a measure of restraint in the form of detention for 1 month and 14 days, until September 26. It will be kept in pre -trial detention center No. 1.
