A new stage of the budget process has started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Interdepartmental Commission, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Bakhary, began consideration of state programs, which will become the basis of the regional budget for 2026-2028. The meeting was attended by deputies of the regional parliament and representatives of the executive authorities of the region.
The share of software costs in the region traditionally exceeds 90 %. For several years, on behalf of the governor and taking into account the federal approaches, a phased improvement of the system for the formation of the expenditure part of the regional budget is underway. This year, the preparation of state programs takes place taking into account the updated approaches. Among them are synchronization with new national development goals, automation of planning and execution of events.
In addition, a new state program management system has been introduced: curators were identified and software committees have been created – collegial authorities that coordinate their development and implementation.
According to Vladimir Bakhar, work on the formation of the draft of the main financial document for the coming period goes on schedule, the definition of priorities is carried out taking into account six -year planning.
“We enter the active stage of the budget process. Currently, the necessary legal framework has been created, close interaction with members of the regional government, industry ministries and deputies of specialized committees has been organized, so that the budget for 2026-2028 is formed in a timely manner, taking into account new approaches, ”the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
According to the results of the work of the commission, the materials will be adjusted and submitted for coordination to the leadership of the region, and then for consideration by the Legislative Assembly and the Accounts Chamber. According to the established procedure, by September 30, state programs will be approved at a meeting of the regional government.
