The prosecutor’s office said that a young teacher addressed them with a complaint about the size of wages. The girl was paid the amount less than the minimum wage, although she, as explained in the supervisory department, worked for almost two. The administration of the educational institution did not explain the reasons for the underestimation of wages.
“I was caused by moral and moral spiritual, including sincere calmness in connection with the feelings of fear, helplessness and disappointment“, – The teacher wrote in a statement and asked the prosecutor to conduct an audit at school.
At the suit of the prosecutor, the court collected from school not only underpayment, but also compensation for non -pecuniary damage. Now the school is obliged to pay the teacher all unpaid funds and compensation for a violated spiritual calm in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
