The national project “Personnel” gives state support to employers. For enterprises of priority sectors of the economy, a subsidy is provided for attracting demanded specialists.
Payment is compensated by the costs of the wages of employees. It is paid during the employment of employees who move to work from other territories of the region or country. To help employers the search for candidates and their support is conducted by the employment service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The opportunity has already taken the opportunity for 4 enterprises that adopted 15 employees.

Subsidies are provided under the program “Mobility 2.0”. Within its framework, the Achinsk enterprise employed a worker from Kuzbass, Divnogorsk plant – a master of the site from Khakassia, the Zheleznogorsk plant – an engineer from Kansk. The rest of the profit from various city and municipal districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for work in Krasnoyarsk at a scientific and production enterprise at the positions of engineers and qualified workers.
The search and selection of candidates was carried out by the personnel center “Work of Russia”. The process included screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing applicants for them, helping candidates in adaptation at a new place of residence. At the enterprise in the personnel center, a personal curator was fixed, who took on all organizational issues.
“We are very actively interacting with the personnel center. The high level of professionalism and knowledge of the specifics of our enterprise allows the curator from the personnel center to efficiently and quickly solve our requests, including the selection of personnel with unique competencies, ”said Maria Schwanskaya, head of the personnel department of NPP Radio Square JSC.
