A 58-year-old man, on whose behalf a preventive arrest warrant was issued, escaped from an ambulance by ANP Botosani on Wednesday, while transferred to Jilava Penitentiary, reports News.ro.
The man jumped on the go, in the area of an exit on the A7 highway, and fled to an agricultural area near Bacău, being sought.
“The 58 -year -old Crainiciuc detainee, a preventively arrested for committing the driving act under the influence of alcohol or other substances, ran around 17.50, from the motor vehicle, belonging to the Botoşani Penitentiary, in the area of the Bacău Belt, while transferred to the Psychiatry, National Penitentiary Administration (ANP).
The sought -after man has a height of 168 cm, brown eyes, wide forehead, oval face, arched eyebrows, thick mustache with arched corners, gray beard, and at the time of the event he wore dark shorts and white shirt.

ANP recalled that leaving without authorization of the means of transport is assimilated to the escape offense and is punished by imprisonment from six months to three years.
Currently, the specific activities are carried out to find the man.
A day ago, another man escaped after jumped the fence from the Mărgineni Penitentiary in Dâmbovița. He was caught on Wednesday in his hometown, Poiana Vărbilău, from Prahova county.
He escaped from the interior work point of the penitentiary climbing the fence of the prison while working on the food block.
He was sentenced to five years and ten months in prison for sexual intercourse with a minor.
