The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of the annual competition, which is held among the enterprises of the construction complex of the region.
The victory in the nomination “The best concept of improvement and landscaping of a new building, a residential quarter” won a new residential complex on the right bank-progressive quarters “Changes”. The general director of the developer “Constructive Development” Alexei Petrov received a reward from the hands of the Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of Mikhail Zaskalko.
Together with the first house in the progress-quarters, the developer handed over the boil boulevard. The well -maintained territory is open to all citizens. On the boulevard, the developer equipped a sports and playgrounds, a pedestrian fountain, a photo zone in the form of a large luminous umbrella and various places for relaxation.
