Krasnoyarsk Satp was fined 200 thousand rubles for disruption of road repair

A specialized vehicle was fined 200 thousand rubles for disruption of road repair in the Oktyabrsky and Railway districts of Krasnoyarsk in 2024. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

The contract with the contractor was concluded last spring. The cost of the contract was 534 million rubles.

Almost immediately, Satp JSC transferred most of the work to the subcontractor – the company from Khakassia. Moreover, its largest previous order was 18 times less in 2022 – only 28 million rubles.

Already in May, the work was overtaken: the deadlines were broken, the quality of the work did not meet the requirements. By the end of the year, the volume of 18 million rubles remained unsuitable. Those work that they managed to do, the customer refused to accept due to poor quality. “Runned” and the penalty for delay – 4 million rubles.

But instead of officially submitting claims to the contractor, the customer invited him to terminate the contract without payment, and the uninitiated 41 million rubles according to the documents became “saving the budget”.

The prosecutor's office made submission to the customer, contractor and to the city administration. Satp JSC was fined 200 thousand rubles for the illegal termination of the contract that entailed a decrease in the volume of work (part 4 of article 7.30.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

Now the prosecutor's office is working on the issue of recovering from the contractor for a penalty for disrupting the contract.
