Michał Fedorowicz from the RES FUTURA collective emphasizes that The finish decision “turns the current balance of power” in social media. According to him, many deputies – especially from the main parties – have so far based their visibility on the network on a paid promotion, without a coherent strategy or idea for organic reaching recipients.
