Minusinsky dentistry will pay a patient almost 400 thousand rubles for poorly delivered crowns. This was told in the regional Rospotrebnadzor.
The woman turned to the clinic on the Botanical Lane, where she was offered to cure two teeth And install cermet crowns on them.

After prosthetics, the patient experienced constant pain both under the crowns and on the gum around. In the clinic, she was replied to complaints that everything would pass for 3-4 months.
However, the pain did not pass over time. The patient turned to dentistry with a claim and asked to eliminate the shortcomings. When the clinic did not fulfill the requirements, the woman was forced to go to court.
Medical examination established violations-due to the actions of the doctor, the woman faced complications, pain, loss of teeth and crowns. Rospotrebnadzor helped protect the rights of the victim in court.
As a result, dentistry plus LLC decided to recover 395,835 rubles, including 57.9 thousand rubles for medical services, 56.9 thousand penalty, a fine of 131.9 thousand rubles and compensation for non -pecuniary damage of 150 thousand rubles.
The decision has entered into force.
