Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor through the court banned the sale of dangerous dietary supplements on the popular marketplace. This was told in the press service of the department.
Buyers complained about biologically active additives without registration. It turned out that in the assortment of the seller Doping Labz was 65 items Products, including hyaluronic acid, testosterone booster, amino acids, fat burner and others. Their quality and security allegedly confirmed the declarations of conformity.
However, the test protocols for obtaining documents were given by a non -existent laboratory and only for a few names of products without indicating their composition. D.Eclarions recognized as invalid.
At the same time, dietary supplements for food are not at all subject to declaration of conformity, but are released only after passing the procedure mandatory state registration and receiving the appropriate certificate.
In addition, there was no information in Russian in the dietary supplements, there were no Data Matrix code on the packaging, which allows you to check the product in the honest sign system.
The Office of Rospotrebnadzor prepared a claim with a request to recognize the actions of LLC Progress Trade illegal and prohibit the implementation of such products. The court fully satisfied the requirements. The decision has already entered into legal force.
