In Krasnoyarsk, they continue to prepare for two events of the international level

In Krasnoyarsk, preparations for two international events are ongoing. This work during a working trip to Moscow was discussed by the Governor of the Territory Mikhail Kotyukov with the deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko.

We are talking about the finals of the V International Olympiad on Financial Literacy, which is scheduled for this fall. The main platform will be the Siberian Federal University.

“Preparations for the final of the Olympics are on plan. Active interaction with the Siberian Federal University has been built, which has the necessary experience and infrastructure, as well as with the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, Rosfinmonitoring and other organizations, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.

Dmitry Chernyshenko recalled that the international financial security Olympiad is held with the support of President Vladimir Putin.

“From this year, her events are held as part of the national project“ Youth and Children ”. More than 65 thousand people took part in the main stages of the Olympiad. It is expected that about 600 schoolchildren and students – representatives of about 40 countries will gather in the final in Krasnoyarsk, ”he explained.

Another event – the International Youth Festival – is scheduled for September 2026. The participants of the event will be 10 thousand young people from more than 180 countries of the world. The governor noted that all organizational processes are launched.

In addition, the participants in the meeting discussed the work of the Forum “Territory of Initiative Youth“ Biryusa ” – five shifts have already completed, about 2.5 thousand people took part in them.

They also affected the youth policy of the region. The Krasnoyarsk Territory regularly wins the “Region for Young” contest, which allows you to modernize youth centers. Last year, Vladimir Putin opened a year -round youth educational center in the direction of Sport and Health.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted the dynamic development of the scientific potential of the region, as well as the tourism industry. In the first seven months of this year, the Krasnoyarsk Territory visited more than 800 thousand people. At the same time, the region actively uses the tools of the national project “Tourism and Hospital”, which is implemented on behalf of the head of state. The allocated funds are invested in the creation of infrastructure and the increase in the tourist attractiveness of the region.
