PiS MP Dariusz Matecki published information on social media that during the concert of the Belarusian rapper Maks Korzh at the National Stadium in Warsaw, the OUN-UPA flags were present. “It is a symbol of the organization responsible for the genocide of Poles during the Volyn Slamer. It is a sign of criminals and torturers of our ancestors,” wrote MP Matecki. He reported that he was directed in this case to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The Minister of Justice, Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek at Polsat News, was asked for details. He informed that he had talked about the case with the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration Marcin Kierwiński. – We have such a provision in the Polish Penal Code that promoting any totalitarian system – there are communist and fascist systems listed there, but there is also the word “totalitarian” – is a crime in Poland – he said.

Żurek noted that it was prosecutors examining the case who would decide whether the deeds that took place at the National Stadium exhaust the features of a crime. – As far as I know, the proceedings are conducted. First, of course, the police lead them, then passes them to the prosecutor's office – he emphasized.

According to the Minister of Justice, Poles will face a very difficult debate on the exhumation of victims of the Volyn slaughter and symbols. – Ukrainians have their own legend and we have our right. We are in Poland, so we must follow this right and they, being here, must be aware that we will enforce this right – he said.

Asked whether people behaving like the participants of the Friday concert should be deported, Żurek emphasized that he talked about it with Minister Kierwiński. – I know that Such situations when someone who commits a crime or even an offense in our country is a guest, he should become – in my opinion – deported as soon as possible. We have these procedures and I would like them to be launched as soon as possible – he assessed.

– I even have information that the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (Rusłan Krawczenko – PAP) wants to meet me online and I think that this topic will also be raised and the point is to accelerate these procedures. We also know about a situation that is no secret that in Ukraine we have a very difficult period and a problem with recruitment to the army – added the head of MS.

Earlier on Monday, the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration announced that people who broke the law during the concert of the Belarusian rapper in Warsaw would be punished. – If they were people who broke the law in such a way that they did not give a warranty of the law in Poland, we will certainly implement the procedures for sending these people to the country from which they came – he emphasized.

He added that after a thorough analysis of monitoring, proceedings regarding the totalitarian features of three symbols on flags are pending.

109 people were detained during the concert, fines fell apart

The capital police announced that during a concert at the National Stadium she detained 109 people for numerous offenses and crimes, such as: drug possession, violation of the bodily integrity of security guards, possession and bringing pyrotechnic means, as well as to enter the mass event. “Policemen determine all relevant details and persons responsible for the appearance of slogans at the stadium that can exhaust the features of a prohibited act. The evidence gathered in this case has already been sent to the prosecutor's office for legal and criminal assessment,” wrote police officers on social media.
