Management of unmanned drones, work with weather stations and automated soil samplers, agronomic tests are part of the educational process of future specialists of the agro -industrial industry in the Uyarsian agricultural technical school.

On August 8, at the site of the technical school at the regional agricultural forum “Field Day 2025”, industry specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education of the Territory, Krasnoyarsk GAU, teachers, students and employers discussed successful practices for the integration of production and education. Particular attention was paid to the support of young specialists and the implementation of innovative technologies.

Within the framework of the federal project “Professor” of the national project “Youth and Children” in the region, educational and production clusters are being created, uniting educational institutions and enterprises. This allows students to get practical skills on modern equipment. School graduates make a choice in favor of such an education and show interest in agrarian professions. Last year, over 6 thousand applications were first submitted for 1700 budget places to the technical school. Children have an interest in modern education.

Materials on the topic

“In 2022, the technical school became a member of the federal project“ Professor ”, which included all educational institutions of SPO and Krasnoyarsk GAU. As a result of the implementation of the project with the participation of enterprises – partners, we managed to launch 9 new laboratories, including the meat processing workshop, a drying complex, and modern digital laboratories. We work in close contact with partners – enterprises of the agricultural sector. There are investments in the material and technical base, the Institute of Mentority is developing, teachers undergo retraining at enterprises. We see the future of professional training only in a close tandem with the employer, ”said Arthur Avetisyan, director of the Uyarsky agricultural college.

It helps to attract young specialists in the rural area and the federal project “Personnel in the agricultural sector” as part of the national project “Technological support for food security”. Employers receive subsidies for reimbursement of part of the costs of the student, targeted contracts, as well as for labor and accommodation of students during the practice. Also in the region, a young worker, employed in the industry, can receive a social payment of 1 million rubles, which is provided in two stages – the first part during employment, the second after three years of work in the industry.

“On the example of the Uyarsky agricultural college, we see a successful model of training specialists for the agro -industrial industry, which today experiences an acute shortage of highly qualified personnel. Modern agrarian production requires new skills and knowledge in the field of digitalization, robotics, and biotechnology. Therefore, the direct participation of employers should be an integral part of the educational process. At the same time, state support for young specialists in the village remains an important tool for attracting workers to the industry, ”said Sergey Shekk, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the region.
