PWC Romania promotes seven directors from September 1, 2025

PWC Romania promotes, from September 1, seven directors. Izabela Stoicescu, Lorena Tudor, Miruna Dragoman become directors in the fiscal consulting services, Anca Vărzaru, Andreea Oprescu and Stefan-Sorin Sorea within the business consulting services, and Daniela Timisică will be financial director.

Izabela Stoicescu He is active in the field of fiscal consultancy in 2010 and is a member of the Chamber of Fiscal Consultants (CCF) in 2015. In 2021, he joined the PWC Romania team, where he specialized in reporting SAF-T and manages an extended portfolio of clients and products on this segment. Currently, it also contributes to the development of services dedicated to the manufacturing industry. Izabela graduated from the Faculty of Finance-Bănci within ASE Bucharest and the doctoral school of finance-bank.

Lorena Tudor He joined the PWC Romania team in 2007 and is the leader of the VAT compliance division. He has a vast experience in the Romanian and European legislation, as well as in the European jurisprudence on indirect taxes, being involved in VAT compliance projects and general tax consultancy on the area of indirect taxes, tax analyzes, VAT optimization solutions, tax inspections and litigation, for companies from various industations. He graduated accounting and management computer science, as well as cybernetics, statistics and economic computer science, both within ASE Bucharest. He is the CCF authorized fiscal consultant in 2012.

With almost 14 years of experience in consulting, Miruna Dragoman joined the PWC in 2019. Its fields of expertise include statutory accounting, profit tax, VAT compliance, reporting for tax transparency and the tax withheld. It also offers adapted reporting services for statutory and management purposes. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and management computer science and a master's degree in accounting, control and expertise, both at ASE Bucharest. He is an accounting expert, CECCAR member and CCF authorized tax consultant.

With over 19 years of experience in implementing ERP, business analysis, system audit and quality assurance, Anca Vărzaru has constantly demonstrated solid leadership skills and strategic thinking. He has successfully led the Oracle practice within PWC Romania, coordinated major projects in various industries and optimized ERP strategies for more than 20 customers. In addition, he coordinated over 10 projects in roles such as Business Integrator and System Integrat, has made system audits for complex organizations and mentored Junior and senior Oracle consultants.

Andreea Oprescu It has joined the team specialized in transactions from PWC Romania in 2015. It has a vast experience in financial du diligence projects and assistance in transactions, working for both private equity customers, entrepreneurs and strategic investors, especially in health services, retail, IT, energy or industrial production. Andreea has been involved in the most important transactions that have taken place on the Romanian market in recent years, either on the side of sellers or on the part of the buyers. He has a bachelor's degree at ASE Bucharest and is a member of ACCA, CAFR and ASPAAS.

Ștefan-Sorin Sorea He joined the PWC team in 2019, leading the data analysis division within the technology consulting department, with over 25 years experience. Previously he led the DXC/HPE/HP Enterprise Service Division for Romania, delivering major IT projects with local teams, “offshore” and third parties from China, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Romania, Singapore and the United States.

With over 17 years of experience in the financial field, Daniela Timisică The PWC Romania has joined in 2017, and starting in 2022 he runs the Financial Department of PWC Romania and Moldova. Previously, it has been active for over eight years in the retail industry. Daniela is a graduate of the National School of Political and Administrative Studies and ASE in Bucharest.
