The blogger noted that according to this recipe, it is not necessary to sterilize banks with tomatoes.
Ingredients
- tomatoes;
- Bulgarian pepper;
- onion;
- two cloves of garlic for each jar;
- pepper peas;
- Bay leaf.
Marinade
- 1 liter of water;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 30 g of salt;
- 50 ml of vinegar.
Cooking
- Cut the pepper in stripes, and onions – rings.
- Sustain banks and lids.
- On the bottom of each jar put onions, garlic, pepper, bay leaf. Fill the banks with tomatoes and pepper. Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
- Drain the water into the pan, add sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for three minutes. Add vinegar and boil another minute.
- Pour the tomatoes with the marinade.
- Close the jars tightly with lids. Turn over and cover with a blanket to cool completely.
