The blogger noted that according to this recipe, it is not necessary to sterilize banks with tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • tomatoes;
  • Bulgarian pepper;
  • onion;
  • two cloves of garlic for each jar;
  • pepper peas;
  • Bay leaf.

Marinade

  • 1 liter of water;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 30 g of salt;
  • 50 ml of vinegar.

Cooking

  1. Cut the pepper in stripes, and onions – rings.
  2. Sustain banks and lids.
  3. On the bottom of each jar put onions, garlic, pepper, bay leaf. Fill the banks with tomatoes and pepper. Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain the water into the pan, add sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for three minutes. Add vinegar and boil another minute.
  5. Pour the tomatoes with the marinade.
  6. Close the jars tightly with lids. Turn over and cover with a blanket to cool completely.
