In Krasnoyarsk, a hazardous boarding house closed for violations continued to work in another building (video)

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of unsafe services in the Longevity boarding house in the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk.

According to the regional prosecutor's office, the nursing home on Sverdlovskaya Street was contained by the same people who previously contained a scandalous boarding house Valentina, closed for violations in 2024. Then the SK became interested in them, but this did not prevent entrepreneurs from continuing the business.

To provide guests of medical services LLC LLAITITY, it entered into an agreement with the private medical organization LLC MC Health. Both firms did not have a license to provide such services. In addition, it turned out that the nurse worked as a rotational basis, the elderly looked for nurses that could not prescribe drugs.

Nevertheless, the leadership took pensioners with various diseases, including incurable. In February 2025, 19 people lived in the institution.

Some guests suffered from mental illness in the active phase, had fractures. Patients demanded constant care and observation of doctors, but none of them received proper treatment. The prosecutors during the audit had to call an ambulance to help a pensioner with a hypertensive crisis and a purulent non -healing wound.

The organizers also violated fire safety requirements. There were no evacuation outputs, fire water supply, automatic fire extinguishing installation in the boarding house. The alarm was faulty, the insulation was disturbed in electrical wires and cables.

A criminal case has been opened. The guilty employees of the boarding house were brought to administrative responsibility for violations of sanitary and epidemiological legislation, the use of unverified medical devices, the absence of conditions for the residence of low-mobility (Articles 6.4, 6.28, 9.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

Now the court has a lawsuit to close the institution.
