They checked employment agencies. 2,000 foreigners employed contrary to the regulations

Border Guard officers carried out inspections of two agencies employing foreigners in Wrocław. In the case of 2,000 Employees had a violation of the regulations. Some of them did not have a legalized stay, work permits and signed contracts.

As reported by SG, SG, Małgorzata Potoczna from the Border Guard Department of the Nadodrzański branch, two comprehensive inspections were carried out in two agencies dealing with the management of foreigners to work in Poland. They covered 2,400 people, of which in the case of 2000, irregularities were found.

– Among other things, the illegal stay of foreigners, work without permits, lack of contracts and failure to submit to the Social Insurance Institution, which will result in further proceedings aimed at bringing guilty responsibility – said Potoczna.

Among the employed foreigners were people from 26 different countries, including the most of Indonesia and Georgia, but also from Nepal, Ukraine and Belarus.

St. chor. Małgorzata Potoczna in an interview with PAP pointed out that a procedure that resulted in the removal of them from the territory of the Republic of Poland will be initiated to people staying in Poland.

Some foreigners who were found irregularities were legally in the country, but were illegally employed, so the Border Guard at this stage of the proceedings does not reveal how many of them she would have to leave Poland.

The services employing criminal proceedings regarding, among others facilitating crossing the border and legalization of work and stay to foreigners and legalize work on the basis of false documentation, as well as misleading the control bodies.

Officers from Wrocław-Strachowice conducted inspections together with the District Labor Inspectorate of the National Labor Inspectorate in Wrocław and the Wrocław branch of the Social Insurance Institution. (PAP)
