A drunk driver without rights knocked a woman with a baby in the Yenisei municipal district. This was told in the press service of the regional police.

Everything happened on the evening of August 7 in the village of Verkhnepashino. A 34-year-old man, moving along the street of Proletarskaya on a Honda Fit car, lost control and ran into a local resident who walked along the edge of the carriageway with a stroller.

The woman was not injured as a result of an accident, but her 3-month-old son received serious injuries.

“The police found that a local resident who did not have the right to control was driving Honda. At the time of the accident, he was drunk, which confirmed the examination. The testimony of the device amounted to 0.40 mg/l, ”law enforcement agencies said.

In addition, traffic police officers found that the culprit of the accident before the trip took advantage of the information from one of the communities on the network to go around the nearest crew.

In relation to the driver, a foreign car opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles in a state of intoxication, which resulted in negligence causing serious harm to human health). He faces up to 7 years in prison.
