In the Republic of Khakassia, a drunken 40-year-old man shot from a pneumatic rifle to the company of adolescents and fell under the “criminal”. This was reported in the Investigative Committee.
Everything happened on August 6 in the city of Abakan. According to law enforcement officers, three teenagers aged 12 to 15 years stood near the garages located near the apartment building on Chertigashev Street, and spoke loudly. One of the residents did not like this, a drunk man threatened the children with the use of weapons in case of noise.
“Teenagers ignored the threat of a man. Getting angry, the defendant took a pneumatic gun and fired towards the children. The bullet hit the back of a 12-year-old boy, causing him physical pain, ”the UK said.
The guys informed about what happened nearby to the employees of the security company who detained the drunken shooter and handed it over to the investigating authorities.
In relation to the man, they opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed using weapons). Now the attacker is in custody, his gun was seized.
The necessary investigative actions are carried out to establish all the circumstances of the crime.
