In the text of the document, Trump also maintains existing sanctions against Russia and recognizes that “the actions and policy of the government of the Russian Federation still pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to national security and foreign policy of the United States” in connection with the war against Ukraine.

Trump has already threatened to impose additional duties on India several times in connection with the import of Russian oil, accusing them of bringing raw material not only to its needs, but also resells it more expensive to other countries.
