Today, August 7, the first deputy head of Krasnoyarsk, Alexander Matsak, visited the construction site on the street. Rantsev, where he examined the course of work on the repair of the heating system. The leaders of the Siberian Generating Company reported on the preparation of heating infrastructure for winter.

The SGK began overhaul of the trunk pipeline on Urvantsev in early summer. It takes place within the boundaries of Svetlogorskaya streets and May 9. The site is long – 600 meters, and the pipes run directly under the roadway. In this regard, work on their updating is carried out in three stages. Now experts are completing the second: they have already replaced 400 meters of the heat network.

The pipes of heating lines are securely cooked and wrapped in a dense insulating layer. To exclude water ingress, the channel in which they are located closed the protective layer. The comfort of the inhabitants is prior to energy. Therefore, the supply of hot water to the house does not stop at the time of repair. For this, the energy sector erected a temporary pipeline. Access to the clinic and travel to the yards retained open.

The work schedule on the site is observed clearly. On the renovated area, a “black” improvement has already been completed: a partially covered with earth, a sand-gravel mixture was laid down.

From August 11, repair teams will begin to fulfill the final – the third stage. Technology and protective fences will move towards Svetlogorskaya Street. The movement on the site will be blocked. It is planned to complete the entire range of work and arrange the territory until September 30. Updating the heating system will increase the reliability of the heat supply of adjacent houses and social facilities, including three kindergartens and schools located nearby, and this is about 12 thousand people.

“The city conducts a large comprehensive repair on the replacement of networks. We synchronized all the work to replace emergency networks, build new ones and, in the end, carry out comprehensive landscaping of territories, ”said Alexander Matsak. – The situation with preparations for the heating period is under tight control, as well as the performance of all work in the repair areas. The events are taken according to the approved schedules, and those that are transferred to the autumn-winter period will not affect the supply of heat to the houses. ”

To replace the heads of the city also noted the organization of work at the local repairs of heating systems and the quality of the fences. This year in Krasnoyarsk, they plan to update 54 km of communications, which corresponds to a pace set for years earlier. The reconstruction, construction and repair of heating systems will be carried out in more than 80 plots that will be landscaped after the completion of land work. To date, more than 200 facilities have been carried out at the arrangement of territories. First of all, territories adjacent to social facilities are put in order: schools, kindergartens, clinics, as well as the main road interchanges.

Recall that the program to update the heat supply scheme in the regional capital started in 2020. Since that time, SGK built and updated more than 260 km of heating networks. The result of such work was already felt by residents of the city. The last two winters Krasnoyarsk are taking place without serious incidents on heating networks. The development of heat -grid farming made it possible to close small non -ecological boiler houses in the city and transfer the houses and industrial facilities to the power of effective and equipped with environmental equipment of the TPP.

Such results became possible thanks to the transition of Krasnoyarsk to long -term tariff regulation. This method allows energy to work “briefly”, not only updating the infrastructure, but also planning their work for several years to come.

“We understand that the work that we perform bring inconvenience to the townspeople and change the usual appearance of the streets. But these are temporary difficulties. Important is the reliable heat supply of the inhabitants in the winter. Therefore, our team makes every effort to prepare the heating networks for the cold, to provide comfort in the houses of citizens. And this work is not for one winter and not for one heating season: the development of infrastructure is a condition for the development of the whole city, and here energy should be one step ahead, ”said Sergey Ivanov, director of the Krasnoyarsk Heat network of the Yenisei TGK branch (the SGK enterprise in the Yenisei Siberia region).
